I lile the location, you have teapot in the room, TV and a fridge. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clear. The staff is polite. The food in the restaurant next door is delisious. The hotel is very close to the last station of the airport bus.

We were staying in April, so it was a bit cold at night, but host gave us additional blankets, so it was fine. Hotel is about 20mins by foot from city center, and about 7mins from the bus station. Location is quite calm, just next door there is a very good restaurant that we liked to go for dinner and just around the corner there is also a cafeteria for breakfasts. Hosts are very friendly. Room that we stayed in was clean, quite small, only toilet was too small for us.

Very good location, easy to reach out the most important places by foot. The room had a good size it was super clean, the bed was comfortable.

Easy to locate from bus stop at 2 am in morning. Sign hanging outside was a great assistance. All information sent to us allowed self check in. Room was perfect and what I expected for Venice. Air conditioning was excellent after our long walks. Bathroom was new! Bakery right next door and many restaurants in the area. Staff - receptionist was very helpful with map and directions,

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep the luggage after check out as we had the afternoon to ourselves to roam around before leaving Venice. When we came to collect our luggage they offered water and restroom to use. The room had an ensuite shower and the shared toilet was clean and convenient.

We really liked the hotel and staff, We were satisfied with location. It was only 7 min far from central station, we walked in the island and enjoyed views around Hotel. Room was clean, and I asked them to give me an iron. I appreciate them for this. Generally We recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and location. For my next visit to Venice, I will choose the same hotel, which is unusual for me. Close to the vaporetto station and San Marco square, the Rialto bridge, you can get anywhere in a reasonable time on foot or by vaporetto. Cafes and restaurants at every step. If you want a clean, affordable hotel with nice hosts, this is your choice.

Excellent location and great, helpful staff. We found this to be an excellent little place for location in Venice and comfortable for staying on a budget with nice decor, basic toiletries and hairdryer. We asked for an iron at reception which was also provided. We had one of the rooms with private bathroom and small terrace which was nice to enjoy a coffee in the morning

Despite "one star", we were positively surprised by the accommodation. The room was not big, but just enough. there was a fridge, a tv, a hairdryer, towels and even shampoos in the bathroom. The location is absolutely great - in a living (but not noisy) part of Venezia, many restaurants and cafés nearby while only about 15 to 20 minutes by walk to San Marco Square and only cca 10 minutes walk to the Piazzale Roma where all shuttles from the airport end/start. The receptionist was nice. most of the time there is no assistance, but you get a code to get inside the hotel. Overall a great experience and I can recommend it to everyone!
